People are still moving to Portland! Despite what you may hear in the news, Portland is attracting people from all over the country looking for all kinds of homes in the city and out. I represented the sellers on this home in NW Portland. They originally purchased this home a year ago and didn’t fully move in, but realized they wanted a larger home to ultimately settle into.  So they allowed me to help them find another (larger) home around the corner and this charmer went on the market to welcome a new owner to their neighborhood.  Every home has a story and so happy to be part of theirs!
